How long will delivery take?
Your order will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt. Depending on the availability of the items ordered, we aim to ship your order within 48 hours. Generally, our customers receive their packages within 7 business days. However, please note that the maximum delivery time can be up to 10 business days after shipment.
How can I track my order during delivery?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order details (order and tracking number), as well as a tracking link to follow your toy(s).
