Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 8 to 12 business days between order and delivery: we ship your package within 1–2 business days, and transit then takes 8–10 business days.

How can I track my package?

After your purchase, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package at every stage.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my package?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact our customer service and return your package.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. For more details, see our refund policy.

Can I cancel an order?

You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel it. Please contact our customer service within this timeframe.

We respond to messages Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, within 24–48 hours.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are mainly sourced from China. That does not mean quality is compromised — quite the opposite: we work exclusively with partner companies carefully selected for their reliability, manufacturing standards, and overall trustworthiness. Every supplier is chosen with great care and regularly reviewed, so our customers always get excellent value for money.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

When will my card be charged?

The amount is charged to your account within 24 hours of payment.
